Had a request to draught proof, box in some pipework and create a storage box in a bedroom – on a budget.

All gaps and voids filled with expanding foam and the draught stopped. Pipework boxed in. Storage box with removable lid built. All edges finished with a roundover profile to remove any sharp edges and box lid finished with an ogee profile to match the more traditional style house.

New boxed in area then finished off with 7″ torus skirting to match the rest of the room. Customer happy now the ugly pipework is hidden and the room is no longer draughty. The new extra storage box space is a bonus too.
