New square edge skirting fitted for a contemporary look. Moisture resistant MDF skirting board mitred and scribed to blend into the uneven floors and walls of this older property.
1970s House Facelift – South Wales
1970s house given face-lift and greatly improved weatherproofing. Composite anthracite cladding. New facia and soffit. New box end to replace old/rotten. Perfectly flat modern render with three coats of Sandtex. Looking much better!

Tired old utility room made modern. Floor levelled and insulated. New suspended ceiling and stud walls to allow modern insulation to be fitted. New units with custom boiler and utility cupboards. Freshly plastered and decorated. LVT flooring. Stone resin sink. Handy wall fixtures used for drying washing. Multiple socket outlets added. Plastering completed
New fencing and side gate – Penarth
